About GLOHBX
GLOHBX (Global Health Bond Exchange) is proof-before-payment trust infrastructure for low-and-middle-Income countries' (LMICs) and partners' healthcare financing. It helps convert fragmented health support — including diaspora support, philanthropy, CSR, faith-based giving, development finance, and sponsor commitments — into governed care rights, accepted service-event proof, payment-readiness, and long-term health-impact intelligence. Rather than treating health financing as episodic fundraising, GLOHBX helps countries and partners build long-term health-impact portfolios that are diversified, disciplined, evidence-driven, resilient, and financeable.
Our Mission, Vision & Purpose
Mission
To help countries and partners convert fragmented health support into governed, verifiable, and payment-ready health service pathways.
Vision
A world where health-directed value is connected to accepted service-event proof, responsible payment-readiness, and verified health impact.
Purpose
To provide the trust infrastructure that helps make LMICs' healthcare financing more diversified, disciplined, evidence-driven, resilient, and financeable.
Our Story
From Health Innovation to Proof-Before-Payment Infrastructure
GLOHBX builds on more than a decade of Global Health Catalyst (GHC) work advancing equitable cancer care, health-system collaboration, diaspora engagement, and implementation partnerships across Africa and beyond. That work revealed a recurring challenge: health support can be mobilized, but it is often difficult to prove whether services were authorized, delivered, documented, reviewed, accepted, and ready for responsible payment.
GLOHBX was developed to address that gap. It translates health priorities into governed, verifiable pathways that can connect diaspora support, philanthropy, CSR, faith-based giving, development finance, and sponsor commitments to accepted service-event proof and long-term health-impact intelligence.
